Shortages or Damages

We provide high quality, branded lamps by leading lamp manufacturers, and ensure they are well packed by our experienced warehouse team. In the unlikely event that you receive a shortage, breakage or faulty lamp in your delivery please notify us by e-mail within 24 hours. We ask that you let us know quickly as Fed Ex will not accept claims after this period. We will then liaise with you to ensure a speedy resolution.

If you are buying spare lamps we recommend you test these also upon receipt to ensure they are working correctly. 


We offer a 5 day cooling off period so, within 5 working days of receipt of your goods you may return them to us, for any reason, for a full refund. If the lamps are ordered incorrectly/unsuitable, you are responsible for your own shipping cost to send the goods back. You should make sure you use a postal service that can prove we have taken delivery. Items ordered in especially for you & returned to us outside the 5 day cooling off period, may be subject to a restocking fee.  Any lamps claimed as faulty may need to be returned to us so, we may investigate in full and, if necessary, then returned to the manufacturer for further testing.
