WEB ORDERS - UK Cut off times & delivery options
We offer the following delivery services for the majority of our UK consignments. All orders placed before 4pm we will despatch that day, subject to stock availability. Any orders placed after this time will not leave until the next working day.

*Note that orders to Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scilly Isles, Orkney and Shetland Islands, some Western Isles and parts of Northern Scotland have longer transit times and are not guaranteed for times shown above. There may also be an extra handling fee depending on the weight/size of your parcel. We will contact you if this is the case. All prices shown exclude vat.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES
Our carriage charges are based on weight and volume of your order, the delivery area and overall order value.We will always try to ensure we select the best & most competitive carriage service for you.
We are currently able to send small parcels up to 1kg by Royal Mail to most countries. If your order is above this weight or exceeds Royal Mails' height +width+ depth restrictions and greater than 90cm for parcels and 104mm for tubes, we will contact with the carriage options available to you.
To ensure your order arrives safely with you, we post via Royal Mails' Tracked service, delivery for Europe takes between 3-5 working days & worldwide 5-7 working days. We will email you a tracking reference so you can track the progress of your order & check its safe arrival with you.
